I have an account with my own personal shipping/freight service. Can I use it?

All shipments are shipped within 24 hours after the payment has been cleared. Tracking information will be provided after the product(s) have successfully left our facilities. For domestic shipments, transit times may take anywhere from 3-10 business days. International shipment times may vary depending on the location.

We proudly use United States Postal Service, otherwise known as USPS. However, for over sized products such as hoods, we use freight companies. We reserve the right to choose which freight company to provide for the best and safest transit.

Unfortunately, freight companies charge us by dimensional weight rather than the actual weight. Each hood box measures at 62" x 7" 68" and may be scored down for proper hood fitment.

You're certainly more than welcome to. Please remember that we are not responsible for any items after it has been shipped if you are providing your own carrier. Please be sure to contact us PRIOR to purchasing so we may make the proper arrangements for your transaction.

We are located in Southern California in the Los Angeles county. We do not provide our address for security reasons.

No, they do not. Fiberglass hoods require prep and paint. Be sure to contact your local body shop for an estimate. Most hoods are black gel-coated but they still need paint. As stated, minor prep work is required.

YES, they do! We use a UV-protectant clear coat on ALL our carbon fiber products to prevent dulling, fading, and oxidation unlike other competitors. We stand by our products 100%.

Because these products are aftermarket, sometimes you may need force to shut down the hood. IF it does not latch correctly, be sure to adjust the latch (on the car) as there are a few millimeters of play. Please also make sure the hood is installed straight and correctly with the hardware provided. If you need assistance, please contact us at sales@composite-werkes.com.

Some parts do, but not all. Drilling is easy. Drilling carbon fiber carefully will not cause the carbon to crack. Patience is required and if you need help with anything, please email us!

It depends. Our research and development team work extremely hard to find out how popular an item is or can get. Please email us at sales@composite-werkes.com for any inquiries regarding a custom order.

It's the material of the carbon fiber. As you will see in the pictures, 1x1 has a much smaller and tighter weave, forming squares whereto the 2x2 twill are slightly larger weaves and have a rectangular shape to it. The most common weave used among the automotive industry is 2x2 twill.
